Melt butter in a sauce pan and continue to boil until it bubbles up and starts to brown the butter.
Next, carefully lower in the block of cream cheese.
Add in bone broth and salt.
Use a stick blender to blend until all liquid is gone and you have a creamy delicious sauce. It’s great over steak or use it as a gravy over sausage and eggs. I even eat the cold leftovers with a spoon as a fat snack.
